By enrolling a student or using the school's services, parents and guardians agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Admission and enrollment are subject to the school's admission requirements, availability, and approval.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• School fees, payment schedules, and applicable charges are subject to the school's current fee structure and policies.
• The school reserves the right to update its academic, administrative, and financial policies when necessary.
• Parents and guardians are expected to comply with the school's rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Students are expected to follow the school's code of conduct and behavioral guidelines.
• The school reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of violations of school policies.
• All school materials, logos, images, publications, and content are protected by intellectual property rights.

Privacy Policy

Kuwait English School is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of students, parents, guardians, and staff.

• Personal information is collected only when necessary for admission, enrollment, education, administration, communication, and the provision of school services.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

As Kuwait English School is an educational institution and not a retail store, physical product shipping does not generally apply to the school's core services.

Where the school provides educational materials, uniforms, books, or other items that require collection or delivery:

• Availability and collection or delivery arrangements will be communicated by the school.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when required.
• Any applicable delivery arrangements or charges will be communicated in advance.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of item and availability.
• The school is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances beyond its control.

Return & Exchange Policy

For school-related products, materials, or services where applicable:

• Any return or exchange request must be submitted within the period specified by the school.
• Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging where applicable.
• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, parents or guardians should contact the school as soon as possible.
• Refunds of school fees, registration fees, or other payments are subject to the school's applicable financial and cancellation policies.
• The school reserves the right to review each request before approving a return, exchange, or refund.
